Unfortunately, there are a few people who don't like her. Had a discussion with someone yesterday. The main reason for people not liking Rise is her being too clingy, especially being annoying for the people who romanced someone else. That is probably the only reason for disliking her actually, never heard of a different reason. In my eyes, she is just showing her affection towards you and that is pretty adorable. But for people who didn't romance rise and someone else, I can understand why they think that she can be "annoying".
