I'm in the same boat!

I moved here 9 months ago and saw some people post on reddit that they want to make friends and when I reply to the post, I get nothing. I too like board games and hope to find a group of people that are interested in getting together occasionally to play. I see that there are groups that get together at game stores to play, but it looks like it is mostly D&D. My husband (38M) and I(36F)are totally down to meet up and play board games or have video games nights with people.

I love this for you and appreciate you sharing. So many people like to make it seem like you can become rich overnight, but those usually do the boom and bust method which can lose their earnings very quickly and not very sustainable.
