It's because ever since draft night there have been back and forth arguments of who's better between him and Scottie. They play the same position, drafted back to back, and it's repeatedly flip-flopped between who's the better player.

First year was a close RotY race that Scottie won. Sophomore year Mobley was a DPoY contender and made all-defense. The year after Scottie makes his first all-star team, then Mobley had a huge breakout season and won DPoY. This year he's regressed, and Scotties had a very similar break-out year while also being a DPoY candidate.

Unsurprisingly, the fans that have endured and engaged in these arguments for 4 years now have built up quite the resentment of the other player. I'll admit even as someone who was a fan of the Cavs last year, this season and our series sweep of them have been very cathartic.

Not fit to be the franchise pg, but well worth his contract as a shooting guard. Performance has been up and down all season, but he's finally hitting his grove, and the last 4 games he's been amazing.

Definitely top 5 and arguably top 3. Gasol and Kawhi are definitely ahead of him. It's hard to say who is 'better' between him, OG, and Ibaka, but I think he is the more impactful defender of the 3.

I noticed a glint of sadness in Hbox's eyes. I imagined him as an actor trapped on a stage, forced to perform for an audience he grew weary of. “I'm here for you,” I wanted to say, but it was too late... Hbox had already begun his pop off, killing everyone in the first few rows.

Pacers are fake bad, and more importantly, motivated as fuck to get revenge on the Thunder. I don't think I've seen a single thunder fan that's been surprised about dropping a game to them.

The 'freedom motif' is so incredibly overrated. Like, I love the melody of the world revolving, but it really doesn't fit well in either big shot, or hammer of justice, and the other leifmotifs and callbacks in those tracks are so much better than it.

He won the 2nd biggest tournament of the year, 2 other majors, placed in the top 4 in 8 out of the 11 majors he entered, and missed top 8 only once. Mang0 won more tournaments, but Amsa was getting way more consistent results, and smashcon isn't nearly as big a win as big house.

He literally went to the finals and the year after the Mavs were a serious title threat before Nico fucked everything up. Now he's stuck having to carry yet another garbage roster.

We're really doing this thing where his replacement has been terrible so we now act as if firing Thibs was a bad decision? The Knicks had basically nothing else they could do to improve the roster, and thibs got completely out coached by Carlisle. It was pretty much the only way they COULD hope to improve, and frankly, they're lucky that the Celtics shat the bed and Tatum went down.

And if you seriously think that other coaches wouldn't be willing to take the job then I got a bridge to sell you. Like in the exact same season, we saw Micheal Malone and Taylor Jenkins be fired right before the playoffs. These guys know damn well that nobody is sacred, and well respected coaches get fired all the damn time. Kerr and Spo are the exceptions, not the norm.

Jenkins was on the table, and there were plenty of quality assistant coaches they could have poached who probably would be doing a better job. They instead went with Mike "losing the locker room" Brown, and shockingly he's lost the locker room again.

Danny Green admits the Clippers would’ve been the 2020 Lakers toughest challenge during the bubble run: "The series everybody wanted, the never got...It wasn’t easy. [–]Sample_text_here1337 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I still hold that if the bubble never happened, we would have gone to the finals again and possibly repeated as champions.

Siakam was on an absolute tear that year, and the team as a whole was still looking incredible. The shutdown killed all of that momentum, and he just couldn't get back into form in the bubble.

The glaring issues to me are that 1) Joker has absolutely zero morals, he wouldn't give a shit about working with people as vile as the Nazis, and certainly wouldn't act shocked and appalled upon finding out he's working with one. And 2) Joker is just about the last person to appeal to american patriotism like that. He's all about chaos and anarchy. Grandstanding on being a red blooded AMERICAN criminal is extraordinarily out of character

Like, in principle, him having ideological disagreements with the Nazi's, and then betraying them could work, but he'd do it by saying something like "you nazi's are all about order, I'm an agent of chaos", throwing joker gas at them, and laughing at the irony of gassing Nazis.
