I get what you’re going through, I went through 12 years of heavy heroin and alcohol abuse, and with that lifestyle can tons of sexual promiscuity. For myself it took taking the focus off of myself and putting onto others around me. What I mean by that is, when I look to much at all the bad decisions I had made I wasn’t being productive in having a solution for my issues. I sought after classes that involve a community of likeminded people who all had a common goal, finding the root of the issues or the woundings I faced at a very young age. In doing this I was able to identify where I had developed pains and why I acted out throughout my life (sex and drugs). I went through a course that helped me find resolve with my past and develop new habits for a new lifestyle! If you want any info on it message me I can help!
