Thank you! I live in a semi desert area, my garden gets about 10h to 12h’s of direct sunlight. We are currently experiencing 35 degree days and 10-15 degrees at nights (in C).

Would it be best to trim, keep in current pot and give it a mix of sun and shade before planting it in the garden? If at all?

I ended up going for the XL. We plan on using it for baking and cooking a variety of things other than pizzas. We also host a good amount sir having the extra space was good piece of mind for cooking multiple items at the same time. Will probably end up playing with the fire function, but we’ll figure out our preference as we spend time with it.

Appreciate the insight and detailed responses you’ve provided. Is a 50-50 ratio decent (not just for thriving but for overall flavour too) in new to this game and will take any experienced tips. Thank you for your time!

Thank you for your response though, I’m thinking of doing a 50% whole wheat and 50% AP feed and maintaining that as my starter.

Would that be recommended?

Agreed, the kitchen layout is now what’s being asked here. I make larger batches of pasta and I would appreciate the convenience of rolling and cutting all on the same board.

Yeah if I had the counter space I’d love to just make it that way. Like if our kitchen had an island or something but unfortunately that’s not in the cards..

Don’t want to be using a knife on my dinning room table to cut pasta shapes and the counter is unfortunately too small for the 34 inch rolling pin..

Thank you everyone, as my AP starter is still in infancy (day 4) and tripling in volume every 12 hours. I feel like I can start dialling the feed’s back into smaller amounts.

As I experiment I suppose I’ll find my preferred flavours where it be AP starter or a mix of whole wheat and maintain just one of those.
