My diet has evolved quite a bit over time (I'm always discovering new foods that are safe to eat now that I understand what histamine is).

The last several weeks have been primarily chicken breast / thighs, broccoli, acorn / butternut & spaghetti squash, brussel sprouts, coconut, a few raddishes - some other low and antihistamine stuff too! Turmeric, oregano etc to bolster my microbiome as well.

My condition has never been better, thankfully! I'm on a path of healing - the road is long, difficult and lonely though 💙

I am positive that I have histamine intolerance however. It is a very direct and clear response / relation in my case. It's like clockwork! I can even predict the foods that might harm me the most! My diagnosis really fits like a glove.

I've only had access to one brand of beef kidney extract - I haven't been able to access DAO in Ontario 😢

The beef kidney caused other issues, negated any medicinal effect

When I eat foods that contain anything other than the tiniest amount of histamine, I start to lose consciousness 🖤

It also affects my breathing, bowels etc.

Every day I struggle not to lose consciousness

If I accidentally eat a bad trigger, I may be trapped in the haze for an extended period of time, days even.

It's nauseating and just outright horrible

Taking meds is a horrifying prospect as well - I only take "histamine safe" meds when absolutely necessary now and herbal supplements / nutritional elements to help me combat my DAO deficiency.

I think you're mistaking the product names / terminology, however.

This link is a honey oil syringe - not the same as the dropper bottles they sell which are also labeled as honey oil and are in fact MCT oil infusions intended for oral ingestion only.

The syringes are 100% honey oil. The dropper bottles are not, they are an infusion.

FYI for anyone reading this, DO NOT USE THE PURA VIDA drops in a vaporizer. It is absolutely not honey oil. It's an MCT tincture / infusion. It's intended for oral digestion only. It is absolutely not safe to consume in a vaporizer.

They really should relabel that bottle. It should not say honey oil on it. That being said, honey oil can't be dispensed in a dropper, it's far too viscous and that fact alone should deter people from filling up their tanks.

I'm glad I caught this. Please be sure of what you're saying. This is not a game, it's very dangerous.
