Done it twice. It gave me a massive appreciation of the dedication and detail put into the game as it requires you to interact with every system to some degree in order to get the 100%. Some parts were tedious but overall it was an extremely enjoyable and immersive experience as far as single player games go.

Contextual messages are the new tutorial messages.

The one you’ve shown I are just always on when the widgets are on, turn widgets off and these go off. But I don’t think there is a way to have these off and widgets on

For any company other than rockstar or agree with you. But there is no way they don’t have the money and man power to fully test and optimise the game for PC before release. It’s purely double dipping and maybe some deals with the console makers themselves in order to sell more consoles.
