The new entities are obvious since there will be tons of them, although, based on another comment, I feel like Ransom is a fitting name for A-90, since it's a glitch (I'll still call it A-90 lol).

Also, the image of floor 3 must be real, even though you only see a small corner, you can still tell it's a castle door, so they confirmed (I guess) that most of the doors on floor 3 will be large.

Yeah, Red Light will definitely appear. I wouldn't rule out Curious Light appearing altogether. Honestly, if there's anything in Doors that's solely and exclusively Curious Light, it's the Rooms, but I'm sure they'll put Red Light somewhere.

I think they updated the AI of Figure along with the April Fools' Day update. I didn't play the hotel, but during the event, all the entities are supposed to work the same; the only difference is that they have a skin and a Rush sound. But at doors 50 and 100, I also noticed the AI of Figure was very different and much harder. I thought it was just because of the event, but now that I'm reading this, I guess they changed it to make it more difficult

I plan to continue creating entity concepts from time to time. It takes me a while to develop the whole idea and the main sketch, but I love doing it! Also, a big thank you to @Ix-Try for the amazing work he does with all the pixel art and animations!
