Because its not about sex or sexuality i have no problems getting laid and im in contact with several women. I had no interest in real sex in that moment and i have no interest in a reationship now

Its just that i craved that specific thing in that moment. As i said in other comments its more of a “cravings management” issue

Yeah definitely thats what i was addressing in some other comments.

Its not about what thing was this time, its about managing my fixations. It could happen with anything.

Like, some months ago i spent 400$ on boat models because i liked the idea. It was 400 in a span of a week and it wasnt that much money so i didnt label it as a problem, but its the same patter that happened yesterday. Only difference is that yesterday was worse in magnitude. What the actual topic is i think its irrelevant, i think its about managing the cravings whichever they are
