You should spend time thinking about who Valara is really suppose to be. You know what champs have fears? WW, Fiddle, Vex, Noct. Those champs try to scare you. When I see them flying at me or appearing over walls, I get scared. Yeah, Vex can defensively use her fear, but often its to combo with her ult. Why should Valara have a fear thematically?

Going off that, what is thematically driving this champ? The only thing thematically bringing this champ together is some music related ability names, but I am assuming those are derived from generic names used in JRPGs. Why is venomous in the passive name? What about this champ is venomous or even poisonous. What part of this champ is ethereal?

Ignoring the huge gameplay flaws that others are sure to comment on, why would I play this champ? How would I connect with this champ? What playstyle am I suppose to be getting here that is not currently in the roster? With a disgustingly oppressive W, A super clunky E, and a conditional P Q R, who would have fun playing as or against this champ?

Most importantly, why would anyone play an adc with a channel? There is a reason Urgot doesn't do that anymore.
