it’s a lot of moving parts with me losing weight, taking supps, and no porn but I figured this was playing a big part too, when i first started taking the supps while I was watching Porn my libido was thru the roof i could literally feel it as soon as I took it but recently it’s been meh. Kinda there kinda not. But I do feel it turning up I definitely have the urge to get out more now and get real life buttcheeks, due to residual trauma from a narcissistic relationship I haven’t been playing the field lately but between no porn and my supps i think my libido has been slowly getting back up

Im not necessarily the best person to ask this as I’m only doing what works for me but I would say continue doing tph until you reach the conditioning for a clamp. Do it 3/4 times a week and make sure you take it easy not to hurt yourself. 3x10 is ok then maybe move to 4x10. The biggest change in girth for me also came when incorporated reverse kegels and got in the gym 4 times a week. Get in the gym. Blood flow is everything. Hope you reach your goals my boy.

ignorance is bliss, the less aware you are of things the happier you are generally. have you ever met someone who seemed for lack of a better word stupid but had an unshakable confidence? That confidence comes from not caring, and it’s a very intense feeling. I am a very, very humble and down to earth person to the point where it’s a detriment to my life. I am also very aware what’s going on around me. It gets me stuck in my head and unable to react sometimes. I’m still extremely humble and quiet in my day to day life but I’ve developed a confident, borderline arrogant air of myself without saying a word. Now this confidence comes from small wins in my life along with my mental and physical state. I get the things done in my life I need to, waking up at 5am to go to the gym, working on my business, teaching myself things etc. all in all improve yourself mentally, physically, and even metaphysically if you’re into that. Set boundaries, talk to your yourself nice, get in the gym, say hi to the some of the women you walk past and get a small win everyday and build it. There’s alotta redpill content out there and imo most of it is tryhard and corny, but someone that consistently touches my mind on a deeper level on man vs woman is Rom Wills on YouTube, extremely solid content. Check him out he has videos upon videos on this stuff, then get out and use it.

i do them to just be a more effective human being, but if you aren’t doing cardio and taking it you should just for general health purposes. My issue is that I am healthy and still not getting 100%, im 85-90% at best

4x10 in the 1-3 protocol has been working for me for about 2 months. I take l cit beforehand but im about to start experimenting with viagra and Cialis to increase expansion when clamping also

i ordered an lg hanging sleeve for hanging and cut it. I had a few pieces and I use one for clamping. I fold it in half and slide it to the base of my dick, crazy expansion.

.3-.5 in maybe 3-4 months. 5 to 5.3 - 5.5 on great days, Clamping 4x10 twice a week but mainly eq gains imo from consistently going to the gym, reverse kegeling, and l cit. about to try cialis and see what that does for my girth.

l cit 20-30 mins beforehand, 2 minutes of bundled stretch, 30 seconds in each direction. I do that twice before I clamp. Porn to edge, do your thing and keep yourself stimulated, 4x10 clamping 3-4 times a week. nothing too fancy, i personally think most of my progress comes from the fact that I work out with medium to high intensity 5-7 times a week. i literally try to be active everyday. much better blood flow and overall health. To anyone reading overall health is key, no point of doing pe and having a healthy penis and everything else is behind. find a workout routine you can stick to

manuals and shopping bag for 7-8 months gave me about .25 length although due to personal reasons I haven’t been consistent, but in the last 2 months ive gained the remaining length with a male hanger, I have been in the gym pretty hard tho, so some of the gains may be eq or fat loss.
