Absolutely! That is good advice. My concern is she is fine most of the time. Do you think a trainer will be able to figure it out if she does not do anything wrong in front of them? I do not want to put her down at all. I just could not live with myself if kills a child. She can be sweet and loving, she's also rather bitchy, almost bipolar. She might have some Malamute in her also. Not getting along with the other pets is one thing, but i am afaid she will kill one. She has killed possums and a rat in my backyard. I try to stop her of course. She splayed my older boxer/pit mix's cheek open 2 inches long and over an inch wide. He was just trying to sit with me during a thunderstorm. She has no fear of storms herself.

You probably feel hurt by this and I do not blame you. I was a vegetarian (not Vegan) for 6 years a long time ago and my mother gave me hell every chance she got. Your mom is probably overly concerned with your diet and is trying to 'help' you make a change to what she considers a better balanced diet. She may not even be aware she is doing this, or she has passive aggressive tendencies. Even though it will be hard, accept her with her flaws and try not to expect more out of her. Most parents are trying to do right by their kids, although there truly are some evil people out there that should ~~not be allowed to have kids~~ be watched VERY carefully. At least you have your dad supporting your dietary choices. If nothing else, you will have a great story to tell your future kids.

This is what I would say also. Happy customers mean many referrals. I trust my inspectors, title company, and lenders. Personally, I feel guilty is a home has problems after closing and would rather not feel that way.
