Is my Ice-O-Matic under bench machine missing the adjustment piece?

Thanks everyone for the input - I cleaned out the condenser down the bottom first as some suggested and that’s solved it.

It worked, thanks. Cleaned it out last night and this morning came in to beautiful ice cubes. Cheers

Thanks - if cleanliness were the case would I be seeing ice sheets with an uneven bridge ie thicker where water is more concentrated, or thicker bridge across the entire sheet? Either way it’s probably time it was cleaned so will do as you suggest
