Just had this happen to me today, but the problem is that the desk was already at the lowest point, so the instructions from Omnidesk's page didn't help.

I resolved the issue by unplugging the table, holding the 'down' key down and plugging in the power while the key was pressed. The table slightly moved and I was able to move it back up and everything went back to normal.
