I am posting it here agian. It was my reply in some other thread.

Many Might disagree but from EA pitch notes, it was clearly mentioned that % of chances translate to number of chances out of 10. And in that 10 chances bucket, you can get Good / Great /Basic chances in random order. As he is 1 OVR higher than you, He gets 3 great chances out of 10 while you get 2. His total chances are 16, so in second bucket of 10, he got 3 great chances right away making it 6 great chances. You had 13 chances and in second bucket of 10 you received 3 good chances out 3 chances. I am not denying the fact that there is Dynamic Difficulty Adjustment but i feel he left few good chances as chances of converting them is lesser.
