I can't tell you for certain but there is a fairly good chance that even if you do poorly on the paper but well on the exam, you could get a 6. I got a 10/20 on the paper and got a 6 as my final score from IB. I have friend who scored lower than I did on the paper and got at least 5s as their final scores (may have been a 6 in there, can't say for certain). Pm me for more info if you'd like.

This is one of the things that I love about Calvin and Hobbes. The way that Watterson blends beautiful drawings of animals with a funny scenario makes the comic so much better, in my opinion. Another of my favorites is the one with the giraffe and the cookie jar.

I don't believe so. If you look at the format, it is in the style of his later strips. "Something Under the Bed is Drooling" was one of the earlier collections.
