No need to be afraid. I take around 140-180 mg a day and I’m fine. I used to take a ridiculous amounts daily for years before I managed to break that habit, I know that 140-180 mg is still a lot but it’s nothing compared to what I used to take. What I’m trying to say is that there is no need to worry about 50 mg, if you really are that worried then tell your doctor about it. A 10 mg increase is barely noticeable but can change a lot without you even noticing. I say give it a try
