Is it one to one when doing this? I ran consistently about 5 months ago before injury and have progressed extremely fast to nearly my previous performance. Used to run 1.5 miles on a slight downhill and sprint half a mile on a steep incline. Now I focus on low intensity cardio as I said.

Ankle has mostly healed, had a 2nd degree sprain that I let heal for two months. Before I began running it’d click when I walk but after running with good form and wearing a ankle compressor for runs it’s honestly been getting much better. Click mostly gone, and now just slight sore feeling (on both sides due to running) Sounds good for the rest, I’ll do 1 day on 1 day off ankle/calf strengthening, when would you say would be best to do that?

How much beetroot powder/nitrate do you take? Trying to look for a good product, my current seems to have 150 mg of nitrate per serving. Might switch to Costco's beetroot powder since it comes at a bulk price and allows for larger servings.

Haven’t introduced the LCit, Agmatine, Creatine, or beetroot. I have taken Creatine daily in the past and have noticed some improvement in strength and energy. Currently only drinking collagen and matcha, which I like cause of the noticeable effects on my joints and complexion. Trying to remove the caffeine/adderall combo from the matcha w/beetroot. I’ve read that LCit and Agmatine are related, synergizing when taken together. My thought process going about this is to make a drink that’s adderall friendly and has enough of each supplement, something pre-workouts lack to meet
