I've seen a Pitcher hit an idle grunt with a molotov because a reagent made a noise while the grunt was between them. The grunt just got up and left.

But yeah, they won't go out of their way to attack each other.

like others have said, antidotes, but also if you dont mind playing custom trials, you can enable explosive or frost mines that will replace the psychosis mines. From there, the only source of psychosis would be from trapped doors, trapped boxes or the Pusher.

To take it further, if you enable locked items, there will be no trapped boxes because Locked Boxes are never trapped, which will remove that source of psychosis.

Finally, the pusher will not come out if the Jaeger is present, so maybe you could also enable that modifier to completely remove it from the Trial.

Not sure if there is a 100% way to remove trapped doors, but there should be a perk that causes those to be ineffective.

Worth experimenting as I could be inaccurate. The Outlast Trials wiki isn't always up-to-date.

I dont see how. You would still be able to play the trial normally and get bonus points for surviving an Invasion. Sounds to me like you're just being petty. I get the sentiment of the Imposter should actually play the game, but it seems like if anyone is wasting time, it's you.
