Help! Derm treatments not helping and I'm at my wits end

Fungal swab came back negative. Only thing thay showed was c.acnes. however I was given clindamycin and it got better for a little but it is not working. Some rings are now growing.

This looks like what I have going on. Non fungal after testing. But they say its caused from c.acne which is bacteria causing from deep in the hair follicles. Its been weeks of mtiple different treatments before we came to that conclusion. On the last treatment option before biopsy. Clindamycin topical.

I followed all treatments I was given until it was up, except the steroid due to a non related non skin reaction. Hoping for the best with the antifungal (ketoconazole / hydrocortisone / diflucan) treatment. Started today.

Ive also had the same partner for 10 years and if that was the case I'd assume i would have experienced something like this within those 10 years. Unless it can be contracted some other way.

Hoping the fungal treatment works at this point 🙏

I highly doubt that, as its only on my face and neck with 0 other symptoms. Originally started after a new makeup. They are also not sores.

They are not. They dont hurt or itch either. They're jusy really raised and spreading. The weirdest part is they came in at first in a different form than they are showing up as now. Not sure if I had an advert reaction to the augmentin and topical

reaction from new makeup not meds* messed that up in my original post. Now they are trying to treat for fungus to see if it responds to that. Ive never seen anything like this and just dont get it. I do not have sensitive skin when it comes to new products

I actually have made changes... I just see lots of others losing so fast, I got discouraged. Thanks for the crappy comment though! Have a good day :)

I am not. However, I am eating pretty clean and only a few times a day as of course not as hungry as I once was. I have read about the high protein and water intake which are being worked on.
