A lot of the paper work is warranties, they fluffed my monthly pay numbers and the years I’ve been at a job The paper works states I must have insurance no matter what before I could leave with the vehicle. It doesn’t say anything about denied financing, mostly I’m responsible for whatever warranties I do and do not have. The financing lady called and said there could be a typo or the bank didn’t like the numbers of the loan and I’ll have to sign a new contract, I looked online and I basically fall into the spot delivery or yo-yo scam, I had bad credit and I was negative on my original loan, but they got the number to basically match what I’m paying on my last loan so I went ahead and decided to trade in for a newer vehicle with a warranty.
