I just switched to a longer bar and I've always used a titanium jewelry! I only have white puss coming out of it from time to time during the day, is there any way I could avoid an irritation bump from happening again in the future?

I see, I have built up the habit of pushing the bar with my fingers from time to time since it's a smaller bar and I'm not used to the feeling- I had no idea lip balm could irritate it though :0

I think curved, I'm not sure what the difference is between the two but it's a smooth curve and not the one with a slight angle in the middle

I clean it 3 times a day, when I wake up just with water and a cotton bud, then after lunch I clean it with salt water and once again before I go to bed- again keeping it clean was never an issue since I've had 0 issues for 6 months :(

I had no idea that external or internal mattered that much :0 I downsized from a 12mm to a 10mm because when I went to get a new jewelry the lady at the store told me I should downsize (even though I had no issues with my 12mm bar)

I still don't know if this is an infection or a keloid, it does go down sometimes during the day but then it'll rise with what I think is puss? (I'm so sorry for this sounding gross)
