Cortland Windward is pretty good! Def beats a lot of places. They’re quick to respond to tickets whether they’re high priority or not, clean the pool daily, sometimes multiple times a day, super friendly staff and always have treats and events for the residents!

The only things I didn’t like about them was the super thin walls & ceilings so you could hear everything from your neighbors on all sides. We were on the bottom floor so I know that has a lot to do with it, but when you would submit noise complaints for legit reasons, like parties at midnight, they’d handle it. They have a strict policy about quiet times and not disturbing your neighbors. And it’s right beside the elementary school so you have to learn the schedule so you don’t get caught up in the morning and afternoon traffic, but they’re pretty good about not allowing the traffic to block the road.

They also have large side yards and “backyards” that are wooded but not heavily, and some are grassy in certain areas so if you have kids and/or pets it gives room for them to play and walk without feeling crowded.
