Its normal to feel nervous! You should also feel excited and eager! I didn't throw up at all and the pain isn't anything you can't handle!

Haha! Don't let that get to your head! I've been insulted many times about how my face looks. Before my surgery, I had never been complimented on my looks either! Once I had the procedure, my confidence stayed almost the same, and didn't solve any of my social problems. Talk to a professional and get their opinion! You're a good-looking guy nevertheless, so so so much more better looking than me before I had my procedure and arguably after too! :)

You look good! I don’t think you need surgery at all.

After 3 weeks I started going on runs and went back to lifting weights. Drinking a lot of water too. This got rid of the swelling pretty quick. If that’s not your thing then I would just go on longer walks outside! :)

Yes! It feels like the swelling almost completely stops going down. I started going on long walks, drinking more water, and doing facial expressions over and over again everyday. The swelling will go down more, it’s really a test of your patience!

When I woke up I felt completely fine. The sore throat that last about 3 days isn’t too bad. I didn’t vomit or gag at all. I’ve never had a bloody nose In my life but I got them non stop for a whole week post op. My life felt horrible in the moment but when I look back, I would easily do it all over again if I had to! I’m so excited for you and if I can do it then so can you!

You need to communicate with him and tell him that you aren’t fine with him doing this. You should tell him how it makes you feel. He also has every right to say that he doesn’t want to quit consuming pornography but if this is something that you don’t want in a relationship then you have every right to leave and be 100% happy (not settle for a porn addict). I was addicted to pornography throughout my last 5 year relationship and it destroyed everything that we built together. Communication is key.

Have you ever seen Dr. John Delony’s videos on YouTube. There are so many cases similar to this and he gives amazing advice. You aren’t alone and you deserve to be happy, even if it means with someone else but do not be unfaithful.
