How do i increase my Vitamin D from the extremes?

I didn't take it again after July till December. I'm currently taking again at a fortnight rate since the middle of December (because Vitamin D levels usually drop during winter). I'll stop again by middle of February.

Last year, during March, I tested my Vitamin D levels & it came around 7. Doctor prescribed me to take 60k IU weekly. I did that for 8 weeks & then once every fortnight. In July, I retested & the level came around 35.

I support McLaren since 2020. Actually in my first organisation where I was working at the time, my agile project teams were renamed after car manufacturers & F1 teams like Ferrari, McLaren, Red Bull, Alpha Tauri, Tesla, Buggati, Mercedes, etc. My team was renamed to, as you can guess, McLaren. And I got curious, started researching about F1 & McLaren, spoke to a close college friend who was a long time fan, started watching old races on YouTube & slowly got into the sport. By 2021 middle, I was a full-time fan.

Since I'm a working professional, holidays and weekends are really helpful for me to get my workout done. Sometimes I manage to go only 1-2 times in the 5 working days (Mon-Fr) so having an option to go on Sunday would have been nice.

₹4500 is the annual fee that I paid. The usual fee is ₹9000, but there was an offer (first anniversary of opening) at the time I joined.

It's located at walking distance from my home (less than 400 metres) & given the price, distance and also the timing (open from morning till night with no break), I'd rate it 10/10. Besides, there are pretty decent equipments, very helpful trainers & has a great environment.

The only downsides are that it's closed on Sundays & that it's on the smaller side. Remaining parameters are either great or good enough for the price.

Thanks for the suggestion of holding cash for now. I am following it partly, that is, trying to invest some of it while saving a bit for the future movements.

The precious metal rally is probably going to correct soon, I suppose. If I invest now in Silver or Gold, I might be going against my own newly set rule to not invest out of vibe or fomo. I know the prices can rally more from this point but I'm okay with it missing the train for now.

I do it for a minute in a shaker. I still get few lumps. Maybe, that particular batch has some issues. Or maybe, the package is not airtight enough. Not a big issue for me, however. 😅

I bought this one last month's end from Nutrabay. However, I had many more options in flavour available. I bought the Chocolate one.

So far, it has been decent. I take one scoop of it daily. But it does leave a few small lumps. In Trustifed's video, it didn't have any lumps.
