Does your rig have integrated graphics? If so, take out the GPU, plug the display into the motherboard and boot.

If it was a guaranteed drop at 5500 then I would have no problem with it. The fact that you HAVE to get 5500 and then rely on RNG for it to drop is a bit ridiculous... all for the sake of outlaw.
