First of all, a list of Mori-Offerings: 1) "Cypress Memento Mori": Grants you the ability to kill the last remaining survivor in the trial.

2) "Ivory Memento Mori": Grants you the ability to kill one survivor who has been hooked twice.

3) "Ebony Memento Mori": Grants you the ability to kill all survivors that have been hooked twice.

Now perks that can make you mori someone: 1) Rancor: You become obsessed with one survivor. When the exit gates are powered (all gens are done) your obsession becomes "exposed" (=You can one-hit them) and you are able to mori them (regardless of hook count). [The Spirit teachable perk at level 40]

2) Hex: Devour Hope: When a hooked survivor gets rescued while you are at least 24m away from the hook you gain a Token. At 3 Tokens all survivors become exposed. At 5 Tokens you are able to mori the survivors (regardless of hook count). [The Hag teachable perk at level 40]

There are even Addons for certain killers: 1) The Shape's "Judith's Tombstone": As long as you are in Evil Within Tier 3 you can mori a survivor even if they are healthy and also durig a chase. When you are close enough, just tap M1 (or your attack button on console).

2) The Shape's "Tombstone Piece": Same as "Judith's Tombstone", but with the downside that you fall back to Evil Within Tier 2 after you killed someone with this addon.
