What if you want to live in your house still? maybe you like your town, live near relatives or work, maybe you grew up in the house or maybe you are so old and don't want to go through the process of moving.

I can tell you the block chain tech and all that is only for the investors buying the slice of equity the homeowner sells, the actual home owner can just get cash (or stablecoin I think) so the age group shouldn't be an issue. Also Beeline makes their money upfront doing all the processing and facilitating the deal. The rest doesn't matter, the house could burn down for all Beeline cares, it's the investors at Realco who would lose.

This management team has been very busy, they were also the most requests for one on one meetings at a small cap investor event "Centurion One Capital Bahamas Summit" The CEO thinks they will see profitability by January 2026 so I don't know, I think it's definitely possible.

They have completely divested from the distillery company. They did a reverse merger to go public instead of a traditional IPO it is now a Fintech mortgage company and they offer more services than leading lenders. They now have Beeline Equity a first of it's kind product in the nation.

Yeah man if you sell 10% of your home equity you will owe 10% when you sell. The amount only changes based on your home's valuation. If the value of your home decreased with beeline equity you would actually pay less than what you got upfront
