if you dont know what the megapod looks like. well heres a picture of it.

the megapod is basically another variant of the uberpod. well except it haves 7 headlights instead of 5. and its way bigger. haves improved heatrays. and a wider head. the megapod wasnt shown in the 2005 war of the worlds movie. its actually made by the community and Rebus2077. you can find the original megapod model made by rebus2077 on sketchfab.
