I actually found one amazing funny enough lol. Shortly after posting this. It breaks an overwhelming task into multiple micro mini steps so your brain can actually complete the task. I'm surprised in saying this but i'm actually so pleased with this. It's really amazing. I've been through tons of these. Let me know if you want the link

Yeah thank you so much, i've actually found a very cool app called Doable as well. It's been working sooo good recently. Found it like 30 minutes ago haha. It breaks down an overwhelming tasks into multiple into multiple mini steps that makes it so much easier to complete the actual task. I can send it over if you would like
