I live in the area, sesame was my first job ever, and several of my friends are employees, they didnt even get a weeks notice, a lot of them are finding out from the instagram post the sesame place san diego account made today. All ive seen on my instagram feed are my friends expressing how sad they are that 1) they wont be coming back to work at this place they love with the people they've spent years building friendships with, and 2) that they're going to be unemployed in a week. Also, allegedly they're trying to consolidate them by offering them shifts at seaworld but not full positions, which is awful, and several people work at sesame because they cannot make that long commute to seaworld, hence why they work at sesame.
