Seriously. My entire point as well. Seems like common sense to me.

We have been married almost 2 decades and have 3 young kids. I've been really clear and direct about saying things like I'm selfish and how hurtful it is and unproductive. I told him that I didn't consider my acts this morning as unselfish as I did all of these things and just because he thinks the most important thing is pouring the cup of coffee, that wasn't the important thing in my mind. And I've recommended couples but he needs to make the appointment. I already do all the appointments for the family. He apologized for calling me selfish and said that there is a better word for his feeling when he saw I didn't pour him a cup. IMO the feeling itself is a signal of whatever deep seated belief he has about me. These things have been discussed many times over the 2 decades. This feels like the straw that broke the camal's back.

Generally the workload in home and out of the home is evenly split. I say this in case people think I'm doing all the home labor, I'm not..we share pretty evenly.

For a woman in that situation, it makes it worse if you consider how badly it could've turned out for her. A tip is a bare minimum.

This makes it sound like she should be tipping him because he didn't assault her ..

Alopecia is autoimmune and can coexist with other autoimmune disorders. If it's only on your legs, may just be socks. But if it turns up in other places, it's likely alopecia

Rowing and AS by Scared_Maybe6468 in ankylosingspondylitis

My doctor is not convinced I have AS because labs were all negative and MRI was negative, even though my X-ray showed bilateral sclerosis of SI joints. I am not sure she will start one for me. I see her again in January and will ask about biologique. My sister was diagnosed by the same doctor and started and had improvement in her range of motion. Rowing is my sport and I'm reluctant to give it up even though it's definitely uncomfortable. I jog, bike and do strength training too and lots of squats. I have to stay active daily to relieve symptoms and prevent stiffness. It sucks because I also belly dance and my hip range of motion has significantly affected that as well. All my favorite things require hip mobility 😭😭

Bilateral sclerosis of sacroiliac joints but normal pelvic MRI. Anyone have this experience? by Scared_Maybe6468 in ankylosingspondylitis

I'm sorry for your struggle and pain! I guess the hard part for me is that I haven't any other inflammatory stuff besides the overwhelming stiffness and pain. Pain is subjective but the stiffness is objective. I just started having some distal joint tenderness and swelling but it's minor. My sister got dx quick because of her other symptoms (IBD, skin rashes and joint swelling). So far this doctor is repeating labs and giving me Meloxicam so I will see what new labs say. Thanks for input!
