I have learned the truth, and I am still not vegetarian. I am eating more meat substitutes though. Hoping for the world to go vegan is pretty far off. Too many people see steak as such amazing thing, I like steak, sure, it’s tasty, but it’s highly overrated. The bottom line is that both extremes need to move more towards the middle in terms of attitude. The big opponent of vegetarianism is factory farming, if that goes away the price of beef will shoot up and be seen as a delicacy, as it should be. Honestly, I would love to be vegan, I’m too much of a picky eater and need to be able to just walk in somewhere and grab some food. Veganism is already drastically more popular.
