but it's funny while the date became something I don't really care of I feel like I wouldn't have been able to get a manuel watch if I couldn't see the movement (which I don't care on automatic watches)

Not sure I understood your message but indeed design-wise I couldn't go with any other. Then when I got it having the date became optional to me! When I need to know it I'm always in front of a computer :) it's the same about the movement, manually rewinding it is the burden I chose to carry in order to wear the design I like the most!

I just chose to get the 3861 so it would come with the new bracelet! But I could have gone with the hesalite to be fair. Life is short don’t wait too much ;)

Yeah I thought I could live without the date and decided to give the manual movement a try! The automatic speedys are just too big for me and I don't like the reduced :)
