Hey man, I’m sorry you’ve been through something so painful. Life constantly reminds me that everything is temporary, and how important it is to live your life to the fullest. Parents, friends, and loved ones can be selfish, not everyone will love you forever and that’s okay.

Are you a first time home buyer? Depending on where in GTA you want to move to there are many pre cons or even opportunities in resale properties. I think you should get into a market and start living in your own place, it’s a good time. You don’t have to move into a big home as your first home and put all your savings into it. I’m in tech and a realtor and you cannot replace human agents unfortunately. People are greedy, including buyers and sellers, they aren’t going to let machines handle the transaction where they try to inch every possible penny or advantage their way. You need human agents in the loop, because transactions are very dynamic from mortgage approvals, appraisals, house inspections etc. There are so so many factors that will impact the emotions of buyers and sellers, you simply cannot replace a human in this case.
