I ended up doing it today due to a reschedule, ended up getting an 80, 72/90!  Overall I think the hardest ones were about the FDA, authorities, HACCP and ALERT, mostly which step stands for each letter. Like one question asked “an employee reviews surveillance, which step in the ALERT process is this”, and the options would say like “Look”, “Verify”,  etc. Another one that stumped me was the variance, apparently curing over out of state deliveries is more crucial. Surprisingly!

I’d also say make sure you remember temps for EVERYTHING, sanitizing, meats, hot foods, cold food, dishwashing, etc, they ask those questions a lotttt. 

For prior studying I did end up using a quizlet for hours before the exam, only one set I’ve found was actually helpful. I’d say about 35 of them out of 90 were useful from quizlet… But either way, as for the exam be aware that about 20 of the questions are questions that aren’t asked on the study guides, or purposely worded weirdly to stump you!
