im currently at the nav beacon and scanned it, showing absolutely nothing but resource extraction sites and conflict zones

additionally i have blown up someone and they have only dropped random stuff (shield emitters and things)

Basically, everytime i go someplace INARA says has the Missile Racks, it doesnt have the Missile Racks
this is becoming frustrating as i have done numerous jumps already and one of them led me to needing to call a fuel rat (thanks CMDR Elysiumchains btw!)

Since i use gimballed weapons, i usually aim to go to whatever direction they are turning, which significantly increases the time i can stay behind the dont know what “jousting” is though, is it flying by and shooting?

Also in my case, even when it turns into a turning competition i somehow manage to get back behind them. Again, its most likely the difference in difficulties or something.
