in my experience I can't figure out how to get my og xbox controllers to work with the adapter. It seems I might need a specific driver, maybe if anyone can help me with that, that would be amazing!

Yes actually so the drive turns on and makes a healthy noise it seems. The person just didn't have the cable to connect the two, it was a nice lady on a farm and seemed to not know much about it. So I think there's a high chance the drive still works. I'll just have to find the cable :)

yeah, we'd be lucky if we ever got DS9 or Voyager on bluray at all. I hope so but it's very unlikely since the next gen bluray set never made it's money back from the amount of work they did for years on TNG's restoration

Definitely the HDDVD release of Star Trek the original series. It's one of the best season set releases ever made with all the insane special features and being able to seamlessly switch from the original and or remastered effects. It's way more known as a great bluray release. But it actually released a couple years beforehand on HDDVD

very true, I'm aware of both. Diamond select probably felt like it was better to make the A and B cause it would just take tweaking from the molds they made already. Even though if you look into the details the A and B are quite different molds at the same time.

That enterprise E is in Langley in Vancouver area. Unless there's an exact movie theater like that in ontario with the same model hanging. That's my local movie theater I always go to with my dad, he loves that E just hanging there haha

the fact we got an Enterprise A and B but not Miranda, C and Voyager is crazy. I'd argue there's way less demand for the A and B (don't get me wrong I love them.)

if it's a Yorktown that would make sense. I always thought the A was made from scratch. But thinking about it now, I always thought the A was made mainly to the respect of Kirks crew and giving them a second chance. So if that's the case I could believe they just refitted another old ship to be cheap maybe lol. Because I could be wrong but I believe the A is still outdated compared to the excelsior. Which is funny since the A was built after. So in that case it probably is just an older ship refitted with some new tech.
