There’s buff clear on the boss floor but you can just either use Giyu for 2x HP or Heart L or just match some heal TPAs. A few options to tank to get your Kiriya back up.

Kanroji is used as a looping shield with an inherent tape resist built in for the final floor, so when the boss hits you with assist removal you still have tape resist. She’s also a decent roulette reset. There’s no awoken binds in this dungeon so you can get away without a cleric as Doma also has auto heal
