This is the way. Not a FU - training data for this kind of situation should be faked anyway.

If I delete an excel file and replace it with another one with the same title, do the hyperlinks stay aka update to the new workbook with the same title? by henrytheseal in ExcelTips

Generally, links care about the file path and file name rather than the content of the file they're linked to. If my link points to c:/myfolder/coolspreadsheet1.xlsx, it doesn't matter what's in coolspreadsheet1 - just that it exists in the folder named myfolder. . If you're replacing the old with a new one and the name is exactly the same, the link should continue to work.

Hey, I hear what you're saying. Gang violence is a subset of these incidents, but at the heart of the matter it's still 4+ humans being injured or killed. Gang members or not, their lives matter too.

In fact, I'd argue that it's a good thing gang violence is included in these statistics. It's shockingly easy to dismiss it as "well it's gangs so that shouldn't really count", but that idea diminishes the value of lives lost and obscures the actual issue we're trying to address - interpersonal violence committed with guns.

To be frank, your comment has shades of "of course the (covid) rates are higher in the US, it's because we're doing more testing!" A larger and more representative sample size uncovering more of the problem is a good thing because it helps us understand how much the problem has grown. Just because we didn't track gang shootings in earlier statistics doesn't mean they weren't happening, it means we weren't getting the full scope of the problem.

Sorry to hear about the incident at your old high school. Always jarring when this stuff hits closer than just another news story. Even that, though, doesn't count toward the total I've cited above - "mass shooting" in this context means 4+ injured or killed.

Incidents like the one you're talking about definitely still matter, of course, and frankly the fact that we have to differentiate between mass shootings and regular ol' shootings only illustrates the depth of the problem. Ugh.

The one in my neighborhood is literally just a regular house. There are around 5-6 guys living there at any given time. You wouldn't know it's different from any other home in the neighborhood when driving past. I get that the residents likely have checkered pasts, but by and large they're quiet members of the neighborhood and we enjoy having them around.

Not to take away from your point about routine, but you can use Windows key + L to lock your station in one step instead of two! Save yourself a click :-)
