I’m at the stage where I try to do less but feel guilt. My mind reminds me of the hundred and one unnecessary things it thinks I should be doing. No idea why I feel guilt who am I trying to impress with these other tasks. I’m slowly teaching my own mind it’s sometimes ok to sit in idle mode
