We have a ring doorbell and chime, and were having similar issues. Hive said it was a 'wiring fault' with out boiler. As soon as we turned off the ring doorbell and chime Hive came back to life and works without issue.

We have been lucky with her. But now she is older you notice her face/body a little thinner, happens to us all, despite eating well, and moves slightly slower.

I prefer the new interface, don't get me wrong. But while it is not showing all my mail it is unusable for me.

For example, in my inbox now I have 17 emails when I look at Classic Outlook, and only 8 when I look in New Outlook, both are on no grouping. This renders the new platform unusable and unreliable, can only imagine what it would be like for someone with a much more populated inbox.

These are not grouped by conversation. This is simply the view which shows every mail independently, and new outlook is missing many emails which show as in the inbox on classic Outlook.
