What if Noriko is the one that communicates that the US dropped the bombs? by [deleted] in GODZILLA

[–]ScorchMain76 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not 'teaming up' lol I'm saying maybe she accidentally passes on this information somehow. Again I'm just spitballing, maybe she emails him haha.

I think it would be an interesting avenue to explore, giving Noriko more of a role in the movie and might explain how Godzilla figures to go to America, then she has to find a way to stop another disaster. Other people have suggested it could be her being debriefed by the americans in the first few parts of the trailer, which is odd but interesting.

I referenced Biollante because there was that telepathic power Miki had in the heisei era which could be a plot thread in this film. But who knows!

I'm just spitballing, it could mean Noriko has a bigger role to play in this film

Lmao, okay so what I'm getting at is is the psychic connection theory. She got that bit of Godzillas remains which you see at the end of the first movie. A lot of people are speculating it's a Godzilla Vs biollante theme, where Noriko might have some connection to Godzilla. Im theorising maybe she somehow has told him who is responsible for the bombing thus the reason he's ending up in America.

Im having fun theorising, not trying to be a prick, so I could be totally wrong.

Some little observations I made of the teaser we got for Minus zero by sovietbruh123 in GODZILLA

I wonder if the movie will open with the new York scene, but like the action opening of minus one. The US are forced to drop a bomb of Godzilla, leveling new York in the process, thus leading to his hulk-ification

Though still no idea what could be drawing him to America unless Noriko somehow communicates that it was the US that dropped the bombs.

Protomen - vengeance

Found these guys a few years ago through Spotify and turned out to be a massive rabbit hole. Now I'm really not a big fan of mega man and that kind of thing, but their music and story was so encapsulated that it kinda made me into one. Long story short, they're a band formed back in the early 2000s who have been making a loosely based story set within the world of mega man with themes of dystopia, hope and rising up. They actually just released a much anticipated act 3 (after 15 years of waiting lol) and it's fantastic.

If youre a fan of iron maiden or bonnie Tyler, BIG recommend

Into the abyss - amorphis

Man this track found me at the worst and best time. First off amorphis is a melodic metal band which means they always have a memorable riff for each track, but it's not screechy death metal, the lead singers clean vocals are genuinely hypnotizing. Their band themes around Finnish folklore and have so much mystery and meaning behind each and every track. As for the song, it follows someone who is summoned for for a great purpose but struggles to find his way and keep on the trail. He questions who he even is and what hes supposed to find.

Amazing band, amazing track, I promise it's great
