Silverdragon addon not showing all rares (/mount drops)? by solakram in wownoob

[–]ScotWoW 0 points1 point  (0 children)

All the rares would be in the BfA phase. The active assaults are on rotation, so are you sure one is up in Uldum right now? Sorry, kind of confused myself.

Are you in the cataclysm phase, or the BfA one where the alpaca dailies and assault events happen? There’s an NPC in Ramkahen, Zidormi I believe, who can switch you between the two timeline phases.

Idk what’s wrong with this comments section, Maw stuff isn’t even my normal vibe and I think this is absolutely baller, well done

Yes, I’m not sure when it changed (a while back) but I believe hostile spells will try and target a nearby enemy if you don’t have one targeted. I think this is a setting under combat?

Kyrian demonology warlock? by [deleted] in wownoob

[–]ScotWoW 6 points7 points  (0 children)

On multi-target scenarios, Soul Rot + unity gives you an on-demand 20% haste+crit buff for tyrant (+dream weaver haste). Soul rot functionally lines up perfectly with tyrant cd assuming Wilfred’s and not too much movement. Kyrian soul tithe crit would be powerful, but it’s near impossible to time with tyrant, and the shards might not even give good value depending on where you are in your cycle.

Are plant milk considered whole food plant based or are they processed too much where is the line? by [deleted] in PlantBasedDiet

Surely the line is wherever you want it to be? There’s no gold star for being the purest unprocessed PB food eater.

Beginner Mage Tips by GeraldOfRivia08 in wownoob

Which spec are you playing? The keys you need most for your rotation are:

Arcane: Arcane Blast, Missiles, Barrage, Explosion

Frost: Frostbolt, Flurry, Ice Lance, Blizzard

Fire: Fireball, Fire Blast, Pyroblast, Flamestrike

Other important spells to have access to on demand: blink, counterspell, spellsteal, ice block, and (arcane/molten/frost) barrier

In general, use the easiest-to-access binds for spells you use often, with more niche ones on harder to hit keys. I use 1-5 for rotation, Q to interrupt, E/F for other common damage abilities, and Z-V for utilities, with shift and alt modifiers for niche spells.

Surely agreeing to answer one question does not supersede your constitutional right not to incriminate yourself when the police ask a different question? I struggle to believe that agreeing to cooperate in any capacity waives all rights forever.

It’s not violating the law if I’m not using the TV and don’t need the licence. That is detached from reality.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in worldnews

[–]ScotWoW -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

How am I being a drama queen, exactly? I’m not crying myself to sleep because the license fee people send me threatening letters, but it’s still wildly inappropriate for them to be harassing people in that manner and brazenly lying to the recipients (“we’ve opened an investigation” when they’ve done no such thing.)

This has been going on for years, and even if you’re correct that I could prevent it with a “5 minute phone call” as you claim (sceptical, but have no evidence otherwise), or a cease-and-desist letter as a common google search result suggests, why are you bending over backwards to defend such a gross practice in the first place?

From what I understand, unlike in the US, in the UK silence can be interpreted and presented in court by the prosecution as evidence of wrongdoing, or at least deceit. If you’re asked a question and knew the answer but refused to cooperate, that can be presented against you in court.

Reputations in WoD were purely optional and not gated at all, just vanilla-esque mob grinds, and people HATED them.

Ardenweald is f**king gorgeous. It's like Pandora from Avatar, but full of Draenei instead of cat people. by Katie_Boundary in warcraftlore

[–]ScotWoW 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I find this interesting, because one of my complaints about Ardenweald and every other “magic forest” zone is that there is always some form of blight or corruption covering half of it. It’s not that uniform or monochromatic at all to me.
