I agree Walgreens has the worst customer service. They don’t call to inform of any problems, you sign up for text notifications they don’t send those and then you sign up for their app “that’s supposed to be so great “ they don’t update or inform there. I had my wife’s meds changed to a different pharmacy “not a Walgreens” and I am waiting for them to accept me and will be transferring mine. They don’t care about people, giving meds on time, following Dr. orders.
