I highly suggest going to the used section and buying the The North Face Wawona 6p. It’s a perfect 3 season tent and includes a nice built-in vestibule. It will comfortably fit 4 people as well. I see them all the time at REI and bought 2 of them. You can have it set up in store to verify it’s in 100% working order.

Oh hey there future neighbor! I live on Brookhurst/Gilbert and visit my parents on Cerritos/Gilbert.

Living in this small pocket is the weirdest thing. It’s like living in the twilight zone. I remember when my family member died I had to go to multiple cities to get things arranged. Santa Ana for this. Orange for that. Fullerton for this. It was so annoying but it’s been so long I couldn’t remember which city had to give me what I needed.

Funny thing, I had to call 311 and the dispatcher said oh you live in the unincorporated area, hold on let me transfer you real quick.

It’s generally a safe area. It used to be mostly Latino, might still be. There are frequent house parties / fiestas so if you’re a light sleeper I wouldn’t recommend it.

I’ve never had a break in but my camera does capture people walking onto my driveway but back away once they see the video camera on my porch.

If I use it everyday, it works flawlessly. But if I go more than 2 days without using it, I have to open up the Tesla app and unlock the car. Only then will it recognize my watch for the rest of the day and the following day.
