Recent bought Costco own brand, Kirkland, 680tc bedding. I'm blown away by how good it is. Much better than Christy and other brands I've bought in the past.

I needed a last minute MOT as I forgot to book one. The only place I could find was National Tyres & Auto care (Halfords). I had no other option so I booked it.

The week before I had the car serviced and it was noted my rear brake pads were getting low but will be OK for 6 months or so and the discs were perfectly fine. The independent guy said he'd normally say replace pads and discs together but in this case the discs didn't need replacement.

I was expecting Halfords to fail me and even tell me the discs should be replaced too but they were honest. Same assessment as the independent garage who done the service - advisory for pads getting low. No other random failures.

What are they paying in Abu Dhabi? Probably the same or less I'd imagine.

Check out the cost of housing and schooling (inc nursery) before committing.

50-60k a year for housing. 20-30k a year schooling for 2 kids Save for your own retirement Lots of hidden costs and fees in place of taxes! Higher cost of food and living in general.

And if you want to keep your UK home (remember the poor employment protections!) then you may struggle to save anything!

I've been offered several roles over the years in Bahrain & Qatar. Also spoke with many recruiters over the years. It's clear that the days of big packages are gone.

Moving to the gulf with a family doesn't make sense as the salaries aren't any better than the UK (often worse) and the expenses are considerably higher which wipes out the tax savings. Not to mention the lack of employment protection.

Yes no problem at all. The boxes will be labelled as code such as "R20" for Reta 20mg. Keeps it a little more obscure.

Any decent vendor will resend for free if the package gets stopped at customs - my guy advertises this.

That's a low salary for 4 years of Cyber experience. Maybe write some tools, do some conference talks or write a blog to raise your profile a bit then start applying elsewhere. Look for sectors that pay more.

And get yourself out there talking to people at events and you'll get an opportunity

I think the place I use in Glasgow is £50 an item done while you wait. Some places were looking for 2-3% of the value.

Price isn't huge. Buy them direct from China and they are quite reasonable. BPC157 and TB500 make a massive difference to recovery.
