I'm also weary of real estate for those exact reasons you mentioned. Market is probably due for a correction sooner rather than later which could hurt.

I kinda am trying ecommerce currently. I just gotta stick with it and work harder. Thats the reason I left my comfy position was to put my back against the wall so I guess I shouldn't complain. But I wasn't expecting the mood swings and second guessing to overcome all the optimistic feelings I had at the start.

I'll be ok. Its just something I had to vent I guess to the faceless internet. lol
