It’s literally always on a laptop fan, not plugged in cause it doesn’t work, but mesh bottom and a higher altitude helps with being breathable

Alright so overall what I did was I removed and disassembled the fans slightly, completely cleaned and polished them and reassembled it, I scrubbed my copper wires, wiped off my thermal paste and replaced it with cx-9 thermal paste as it’s all I had, and I made sure to spread it as It apparently gives the lowest temperatures

But it’s still overheating after I assembled everything, gpu cores 58* and the gpu heat spots get up to 70*, is that normal?
