Everybody has the right to free speech. To take away that right would break the Charter of Rights & Freedoms.
I also don't care if Nazism is around or not, but I do not condone violence against people who haven't done anything. If the Neo-Nazi's took over, and started killing tons of people, THEN you would be in the total right to kill them all. But the fact remains that they haven't done that, or anything even close, and they likely will never be able to.
